FOX Sports Net signs with ASA Entertainment

ASA Entertainment (ASA) is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year deal with FOX Sports Net (FSN) to bring top-notch action sports entertainment to the cable network's viewers. ASA events featured on FSN each year will include the MegaRamp ASA Triples, the ASA World Championships of Freestyle Motocross, the Action Sports World Championships, the Supergirl Jam event series and the ASA Action Sports World Tour. FSN will broadcast more than 60 hours of ASA programming each year during the three-year term.

"ASA is the leading action sports event producer and has been producing televised action sports competitions since 1994, and we are thrilled to partner with FSN on our next generation of programming", said Rick Bratman, CEO ASA Entertainment. "FSN has demonstrated a tremendous commitment to the growth of action sports with the development of a dependable and year-round block of action sports programming. This consistent schedule should make it much easier for our fans to locate ASA programming, and will lead to more regular appointment viewing. We are very excited about the opportunity to bring action sports to a broader sports audience through FSN,"

Broadcasts of ASA's 2010 events begin airing November 1, starting with the 4th Annual Supergirl Jam, the industry's premiere all-female action sports competition and lifestyle festival. They will continue with the ASA World Championships of Freestyle Motocross and then feature the MegaRamp ASA Triples contests in December. The shows are presently scheduled to air on Fridays at 6 p.m. and Midnight with an additional airing during different time slots. Times are subject to change by region, so please check local listings for the most exact details.
