Road name and title patches are another variation to it that denotes the position of a biker within the club. Positions like Vice president, President, sergeant, secretary and so on. With the help of these positions, the concerned biker's role within a club can be indicated well. The road patches include either the moniker or the biker real name in it. Moniker is something that is a kind of recognition to a biker being given by any other club or it may be a personal one. These patches are worn on the left side of a vest just above the heart.

Memorial patches are another category of these patches that is being rewarded in the memory of any deceased member of the club and can be attached on the vest anywhere. Travel club patches denote the native place of a biker and even serve the purpose of a memento of any event or place. With charity ones, bikers are being awarded with such patches for taking part in charity events. Other patches include flag patches, rally badges or pins and outlaw patches.
